So much to say so little time
Do you ever feel like you will never be caught up with stuff? Steven at Library Stuff post entitled “Catch Me If You Can”
is sort of on that theme. I've been feeling the same way of late
myself. I post a bunch of stuff and then find even more that I want to
talk about and pass along.
Add to that an article that should have gone out AGES ago, a very late
book review, a syllabus to finish, two presentations to put together
and a freelance contract. Whew. It nice to be busy and getting
attention but sometimes it is too much. I have a difficult time
choosing how to divide up my time.
Right now I am operating in “crisis” mode. What HAS to be done tomorrow
gets done today. I wish that I could get ahead of the game for a
change. Then again that would require a significant personality change.
I would have to actually learn how to say “no” to things. There are
just too many interesting opportunities around me. Like newfeeds I am
going to have to pick and choose carefully otherwise I will end up
perpetually swamped!
