I am a web master. I am not tech support. This means I make
web pages look pretty. This does not mean I know why your computer is
suddenly hiding your files. That is handled by another department.

I've felt this way many times over the last four years of working at
my library. I really despise hardware software issue. So I had to laugh when I read this post. Sounds like this
librarian and I have a lot in common. I discovered her blog today
because she linked to me and thus far I am enjoying reading it.
