Collaborative Online Suggestion Box for Libraries?

I just discovered Public Mind
for the first time and I am intrigued by the concept. We've had an
online suggestion box on our library website for the last six months
but have gotten few suggestions. Also, it is difficult to tell when one
user asks for something if it is just something one user wants or
something that would be beneficial, useful, and appealing  to a
larger group of users. Maybe having a suggestion box more like Public
Mind would be helpful in sifting through and prioritizing suggestions.
