A while ago I was looking at &lt;a href="http://feedonfeeds.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;FeedonFeeds&lt;/a&gt; and incorporating EZProxy's web service feature to proxy the links.  I never got around to launching it, mainly because I never really was sold on Feed on Feeds' interface (and at the time there wasn't much in the realm of multiuser RSS -- still isn't, it would seem), but the ability to rewrite the links to go through the proxy would be great.

Of course, then you've got another problem of advertising this to the faculty/students, but that's when I get a little overwhelmed.</description>
