5 Things You didn’t Know about Karen
Jan 4th, 2007 by Karen
To David who tagged me, sorry I’m late I’m a little behind in my feeds so I’m just getting to this.
- I was married on a three-masted schooner off the coast of Maine.
- I’ve seen it rain in the Atacama Desert (the driest desert in the world) and thought I’d been hit by lightening when the storm started.
- When I went away to college I’d never been away from home without my parents for more than 2 days.
- In college I’d get sick anytime I had to be in front of a group of people.
- I majored in anthropology and music in college both of which have helped me in my career as a librarian. Anthro taught me alot about observing and studying people. Music (studying voice and being in choir, in particular) helped me get over my fear of being in front of people.
