I work on a Mac, so the one thing that I can relate to is Flip4Mac. It does good translations with the Studio version, and you can get the very best encoding with their Episode software...<a href="http://www.flip4mac.com/episode.htm" rel="nofollow">HERE</a> I'll check out some of your Flash stuff.
