Earlier i came across your post on Cross browser testing and wanted to help you as i have definitely felt the jerks when my website did not turn out the way i wanted it to. I like the terminology for the menu along the left-hand side - they make sense to me and hopefully to your users - but "Giving" struck me as which one of these things is not like the other (in the old skool Sesame Street game way).
