		<description>I lived in Monterey from May 1991 to December 2005.  A great place to live and a great place to visit.  Its not necessarily an inexpensive place to live or visit though.  

As a former &quot;local&quot; the best place for lunch or dinner (if you can get in) is Peppers in Pacific Grove.  You won&#039;t be disappointed!</description>
